Microscale partners with Fasmicro
Microscale Embedded Ltd and First Atlantic Semiconductors & Microelectronics (Fasmicro) have joined forces towards reaching their common goal namely, advancing the development and viability of the Semiconductor industry in Nigeria.
Microscale Founder, Ahmad Sadiq, was also invited to the board of Fasmicro as a non-executive director.
The MDs of the two companies, namely Yahya Salihu and Victor Nzekwe, will iron out the details of the partnership in the comming weeks.
Fasmicro was founded by Prof Ndubuisi Ekekwe.
Ekekwe holds a PhD in electrical & computer engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, USA and MBA from University of Calabar, Nigeria.He holds other three master's degrees and another doctorate with BEng from Federal University of Technology, Owerri (08/1998) where he graduated his class best student. He founded our company in March 2009 and is a US semiconductor industry veteran. Working experiences include Diamond Bank Lagos and NNPC; he blogs, weekly, at Harvard Business Review, and previously served in the United States National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center E&D Committee for four years. Prof Ekekwe is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors, Temple & AegeanDas, a Lagos investment banking firm. An inventor, author, he is an Adjunct Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Babcock University, Nigeria.
